When you book any domain either from www.godaddy.com or www.bigrock.in, your information will be shared with many vendors without your permission. This can cause a little problem however this will give you better options to negotiate with the rates between different vendors. These vendors are ready to do your work with any budget as they want to make their profile mostly.  

Softwares:  

Software’s are really an important aspect of every business which can save a lot of time and do the things on your behalf when you are not available or busy. Like we normally use Microsoft office suite which contains Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and many more but this is a costly product for a startup. So there is an alternative to this is Open office software which is open source software and that is absolutely free.

In a similar way, we may need free software for HR, Payroll, Attendance, Leave, and Employee Engagement and its solution would be Kredily. It is free as of now.

Calling system:  

Gone are the days where we use to pay a huge bill of every mobile or phone systems for bulk calling. Nowadays every mobile sim comes with the unlimited package and many startups are using it on regular basis. Though private companies requested not to use the sim for corporate use however there is no ban at the time of writing this article. Hence there should be a simple or cheap solution for bulk calling to increase the revenue.

Nowadays everyone has a mobile phone and they use a mobile phone for bulk dialling. Currently, they use the leads and dial them manually on a mobile phone screen and then they dial the number and this process goes on for an unlimited period of time. But when the numbers are dialled manually, this creates a problem and nobody wants to do this repetitive task. Hence there should be a solution where we can upload a list of leads and that dials the numbers one by one automatically for us. Hence I found an app CSV Dialer which works like a bullet.

Email system: 

Now your Website, Softwares and Calling System is ready. What about an email, as email is the only asset which proves how professional you are as every client or company wants to see your email coming from the same domain where your website resides. Hence you can try any email service which you wants. Before choosing the correct email service, you need to keep in mind that how frequently you are going to use the email in the conversation with the customers as speed costs a little bit higher than the normal one. If you are going for a shared hosting plan, you may get a free email account which runs little slower and at times creates a problem when you are supporting multiple clients simultaneously. 

Microsoft Office 365 seems to to be the best one which is used widely around the globe professionally but for startup, it is again little costlier so for startups I would recommend Gsuit.
